Valve

TR4 is popular valve, also have TR6 & TR87 valve. different valve will affect inner tube price. If you want know our inner tube price, please mark the valve size, so can calculate the price more accurately for you.

Package:

For inner package, have free transparent plastic bag and paid OEM poly bag, paper box.

For outer package, have two choice, woven bag or carton

If you choose plastic bag or poly bag for inner packgae, we sugget woven bag as outer package. if choose paper box as inner package, it's better to choose carton as outer package.

Production Process

Rubber Mixing:  Mix various raw materials in a certain proportion into a batching machine

Banbury Mixing:  Filter the rubber with an extruder because it is necessary to remove impurities from the mixed rubber

Extruding:  After mixing, the rubber strip extruder is used to make cylindrical long strips for fixed length cutting

Ending joint valve set & Splicing：Connect the fixed length rubber strip with the connector and install the Valve stem

Vulcanization:  Use a vulcanizing machine to heat and pressurize the semi-finished inner tube for a certain period of time, and then release the mold

Quality control: There will be three times 24 hours inspection for our inner tubes

Packaging:  Put it in the packaging of your choice
